“Thank you for the great job you did on my flute. As you know my flute has been overhauled 5 times by 4 different technicians in the past 2 years, during which time it has never functioned properly. I appreciate you making time to work on my flute on short notice, .. your talent and expertise are evident in the beautiful response I get once again from my instrument. I also appreciated the interest you expressed in the follow up calls.”

-Mary Palchak

I am still so amazed, thrilled beyond words, for what you have done for me! I was hoping you could customize the head joint to compliment my sound and mold it more to my needs, but I honestly had no idea you would work such a miracle. For the first time in weeks, I feel as though this flute really is more “me” than it’s ever been. I feel more confident and more excited about playing! You are such a treasure for all us flutists. Thank you!”

“It has been my pleasure to have been associated with Paul Rabinov in numerous capacities. He is musically sensitive and most proficient. His work on instrumental maintenance and repair… his work on overhauling my own flutes and piccolos, has been outstanding and reliable. I extend the strongest affirmative recommendation.”
